Dr. Hock is a nationally recognized expert in palliative care and ethical medical decision-making. With decades of experience caring for seriously ill patients and mentoring professionals, Dr. Hock combines clinical rigor with compassion and clarity.

He has served as a hospice and palliative medical director, consultant to guardianship associations, and expert witness in complex legal cases.
