All confidential information received or contributed by Dr. Hock during the term of the agreement remains the property of the client. Dr. Hock agrees not to use or disclose any confidential or proprietary information except as required by the services provided. Upon completion of the services, all materials and records of confidential information will be returned to the client.
The client accepts no responsibility or liability for any actions of Dr. Hock. Dr. Hock waives any right to recover from the client for any injuries sustained while performing services under the agreement.
